With the number of child tragedies increasing
dramatically, school systems, child welfare and law enforcement
agencies are putting measures in place to identify, track and
protect our children.
One of the measures rapidly being adopted to help
keep children safe is the electronic capture of children's

employees, volunteers and caregivers that educate or work with
