Our office is conveniently located in Carlsbad, CA one block from I-5 and minutes from Carlsbad Blvd. (Pacific Coast Highway), and the Carlsbad Village Coaster Station.

On-Line Appointments:

Those holding appointments are given top priority! Please click below icon to schedule an appointment using our on-line appointment manager.

Walk-Ins:

Walk-ins are always welcome and are taken on a standby basis. Please note if you do not have an appointment you may experience a brief wait.

Mobile Appointments:

We provide our clients with mobile appointments for minimum of 10 Applicants. Please contact our office for rate if 10 person minimum can not be met:

Fees:

The total amount collected for your Live Scan appointment are comprised of two primary fees:

1. Coastal I.D. Live Scan Rolling Fee

In-Office:	M-F (9am-6pm) Sat (10am - 2pm)
Mobile:	10 person minimum or additional fees may apply.

2. Applicant Level of Service Fee

Coastal I.D. Fingerprint Rolling fee	$17 ea.	$20 ea.
2. Applicant level of service fee:
DOJ* - Department of Justice	$32 ea.	$32 ea.
FBI* - Federal Bureau of Investigation	$24 ea.	$24 ea.
* These processing fees are standard and are in addition to our fingerprint rolling fee. DOJ and FBI fees vary depending upon the type of background check you are trying to obtain. The ORI on the top of your BCII 8016 request form will determine what fees will be assessed.

Driving: Take the I-5 FWY and exit east on Carlsbad Village Dr. We are located at the corner of Carlsbad Village Drive and Pio Pico Dr. just across from Shell Gas Station in a green and white building. Free parking is available.

Take the Train: We are minutes from the Carlsbad Village Coaster Station.

Parking: There is free parking available in the front and back of building.
